Follow the steps below to get your terminal connected to WIFI.

1. Access WIFI Settings

• Press the orange toolbar in the top-right corner of the main screen
  (If you’re in the Lodging App, press 0 → Setup → WIFI)

2. Set Connection Mode (DHCP or Static)

• Tap WIFI
• Tap Set Mode
  • DHCP Users: Select DHCP, then tap Save
  • Static IP Users: Select Static, then tap Save
    • Tap Set IP Address and input:
      • IP Address
      • Subnet Mask
      • Gateway
      • DNS
    • Press the Red key once to go back

3. Enter WIFI Security Settings

• Tap Security
• Enter your system password:
  • For Nashville users: Nashville- followed by the last 4 digits of your Nashville MID
  • For Buypass users: Use 123456

💡 Tip: If you have a USB keyboard, connect it to the back of the terminal to make data entry easier.

4. Select WIFI Security Type

In the Security → Drop Box, select the appropriate encryption protocol:

• WEP
• WPA1-TKIP
• WPA1-AES
• ✅ WPA2-AES (recommended)

5. Enter Network Details

• KEY: Your WIFI password (case-sensitive)
• SSID: Your network name (case-sensitive)
• Press the Green Enter button

6. Reboot the Terminal

When prompted with “Apply Settings and Reboot?” → Select Yes

✅ How to Confirm WIFI Is Working

After reboot:

1. Go to Orange Toolbar → WIFI → Ping
2. Type in: yahoo.com
3. Press Green Enter
4. Review the results:
   • ✅ If it returns numbers, the connection is working
   • ❌ If it says NONE, double-check your WIFI settings (SSID, password, encryption type)
